We visited I Love Sushi in Bellevue last night. Japanese food can be tricky when it comes to avoiding soy, but I find that I can get away with most things unscathed at higher end sushi places. I loved it here! The service was awesome! The dressing in their salad was phenomenal. They even brought Tom ice cream with a candle (we decided against desert in lieu of 1 piece of tuna belly for Tom. He said it was better than cake). We will definitely go back.
